1. First let us know the following:

a. Scheduled date and time of resort check in

b. Estimated number of guest

c. Maximum budget

d. Other requirements

2. We'll immediately get back to you regarding availability and budget approval

3. Once you are ready to make the required 50% non-refundable deposit, we will re-confirm availability and you will receive deposit details via SMS.

4. Immdiately after you made the deposit, contact us so that we can verify your deposit.

5. Once deposit verified, you will receive a confirmation message via SMS plus the name and contact # of the resort caretaker.

6. Contact your resort caretaker immediately to verify your reservation and coordinate how to get to the resort and other request.

7. Full balance will be paid upon your arrival at the resort.
